Summary:

Responsible to Pharmacy for assuring that the drug therapy needs of the patient are met. â¯Responsible to the customer for courteous, accurate, timely service.

Salary Range:⯠$56.00 – $66.00â¯

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required
• Current Ohio license as a pharmacist by the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy required
• Current registration as a pharmacist by the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy required

Job Responsibilities, including, but not limited to:

• Provides pharmacy services to optimize pharmaceutical care, provides drug information to patients/health care professionals, exercises applicable legal and professional controls for controlled substances maintained/dispensed, meets administrative requirements of the department, and performs other related duties as assigned.
